I’m Silas, a certified Personal Trainer who helps people build strength, burn fat, and move with confidence. I specialize in strength training, hypertrophy, fat loss, and high-energy group fitness, including Afro-inspired Zumba.
My training style is motivating, results-driven, and tailored to each client, focused on proper form, progress, and consistency. My goal is to help you feel stronger, fitter, and more confident inside and outside the gym.
